Cardio Food?

I have just recently started doing cardio right when I wake up. What do you guys think my first meal of the day should be percentage wise. EX:80% protein,10% fat, 10% carbs?
 
you mean an hour afterwards? Mine is

3/4 cup steel cut
1/2 scoop of whey
1 full cup of egg whites/beaters in an amlette with cheese,shrroms and tomoatoes......perfecto

Breakfast of champions
 
depends on the type of cardio you're accomplishing...If you're doing mod intensity, go with an empty stomach...if you're doing HIIT (high intensity interval training), eat some oatmeal/protein powder before hand (70:30 carb to protein)
 
What if you're on CKD? I do HITT sessions every other morning. I usually do rowing with 100lbs of resistance (about 8 minutes) and about 8 minutes of punching on a punching bag. After that I shower then eat my normal breakfast. I've been thinking about adding a pre-workout protein shake on those days.

you hsould definitely do a preworkout shake if you can stomach it.

50%protein/20%carbs/30% fat; post-cardio you're not looking for high-insulin spikes.
