over the last few weeks I got rid of 90% of the stuff I thought I "knew" about lifting
the diet: It's pretty bland, but I don't mind exactly. Dinner I don't have to much control over, just eat what is at the house. I usually work out around 3 so I try to get most of my complex carbs in before that, then mostly protein and vegtables.
Breakfast: 2slices of whole wheat toast, 1 serving of quaker oatmeal, 3 eggs(yoke&whites)
snack: bannana, 1 can of tuna fish with light mayo on whole wheat
Lunch: peanut butter sandwhich on wheat, salad with chicken or tuna
snack: raisins, grilled chicken breast(or dinner leftovers) and a protein shake
dinner: usually some protein source and a vegtable/salad mix
snack: Protein shake
