I have my calories at around 2800-3000 a day. Havent done cardio in the last 4 weeks. Have been trying to get muscle. Well the question is, with me doing a 500mg/ml a week EQ cycle with a duration of 10 weeks (dont start it for anohter 4 weeks maybe) should i add cardio in the morning? If so should it just be 1.5-2miles at high speed or longer? Any opinions with cardio and EQ cycle?
