Cardio and EQ?

I have my calories at around 2800-3000 a day. Havent done cardio in the last 4 weeks. Have been trying to get muscle. Well the question is, with me doing a 500mg/ml a week EQ cycle with a duration of 10 weeks (dont start it for anohter 4 weeks maybe) should i add cardio in the morning? If so should it just be 1.5-2miles at high speed or longer? Any opinions with cardio and EQ cycle?
 
Many people use EQ for cutting bro. It wont work as well as Primo on a low Cal diet but it would be a good second choice imo except for the fact that some people experience huge appetite increase, while on it. So ya ... you can do cardio if you want to cut up with the EQ.

Try about 45 mins in the a.m. as soon as you wake at a moderate intensity.

good lookin thanks. I know its used for cutting, but obviously I will gain muscle wth it also. The best way to gain the muslce is to have enough carbs/proteins/fats in me right? I will be taking 2800-3000 cals a day of a very clean diet... maybe one cheat day a week (mommadooks' sauce, or chicken cutlets)
