I Know U Guys Are Sick Of Same Question , Wich One Cardio After Workout Is Bad Or Cardio In The Morning On Empty Stomach Or Cardio Anytime Of The Day
Please Help Me , I Really Stock W That Problem Im Bulking And About % 14 Bodyfat And Really Dont Wanna Gain To Much Fat

From what I gathered you want to know the best time to do cardio. The answer is before breakfast in the morning. If you can't do that, then after a lifting session when your glycogen levels are already depleted.

i think 30 mins of intense cardio, like the stair master is awesome after weights, ive done 6 sessions and my pants fit a hell of alot better!

i plan on doin it 3-4 times for a few months and see if i lose a few inches around the gut

i've read that doing cardio after lifting, specially w/o a pwo shake does nothing but eat up muscle....

u guys dont loose any muscle by doing it

just give ur body enough calories to maintain the size, but burn the calories u dont need..

you can always gain strenght while still doin cardio.

ive known many football players and soccer players from school... they run like crazy and continue to gain strength

I have a question, during bulking if we choose to do cardio after the training session, does is matter if its after a leg or glute workout? or is it better not do do cardio on these days?

I remember asking about morning cardio in a thread and somebody replied that during aerobic activity your body uses glycogen and then fat for fuel, whereas it will eat up muscle when glycogen is depleted during anaerobic activity. Anybody else hear the same thing?
