What You Guys Things?? I Know That The Best Time Is On Empty Stomach In The Morning But How About After Weights ? Do I Loose Fat Or Loose Muscle As Well

I find If I do cardio just before lifting; I can't lift much.

So Either doing cardio in the morning or after the workout works best for me.
 
best time for cardio is in the morning as per glycogen stores as low, but this happends as well after weight trining, fallow the session that fits your life style best
