Now I am aware that carbs and fats are not to be eaten together, but does this rule apply when bulking. For example, I sometimes make a shake for my first meal of the day, that contains 16oz skim milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 tbsps ANPB, and a tbsp of flax oil with ice. Then I will drink the shake and have a cup of oats. Do the carbs from the milk and oats have a negative effect on the fat from the ANPB and flax??? Im quite confused about the carbs and fats situation.
