Carbs After Cardio?

Who hear has Carbs after cardio?

And does doing cardio in the Am or PM have any influence on this?

ATM I dont have decent carbs. Will be buying some Waxy Maize Starch soon, hopefully.

So Lately For my Cardio and PWO Meals Ive been having my carbless shake with water and an apple.

Is this any good?, or should I seek some other carb source.
Im not cutting just yet, but will be soon, and I def wont be doing this whilst cutting.
 
I'll do AM cardio, on empty stomach. Once i get home, I down the 8 oz oatmeal (w/ 1 Tbsp honey and .5 oz walnuts) and a-2 whole, 4 white egg-omelette.

The apple is your carb source. The sugar (fructose) is needed after a gym session,
 
Carbs after cardio (or lifting) is the best time to consume them. Your body utilizes them much more efficiently during this time. Cardio on an empty stomach however, is not the most productive approach.
