Hi guys, I am about to have a photoshoot (not a bodybuilding photoshoot) but a simple magazine photoshoot for local purposes and I would like someone to direct me to good articles about carbing up before a photoshoot or else give me good advice on how it's done.
Through what I've heard along the years I heard that the carbup starts 1-2 days before the photoshoot according to the condition the person is in. One can carbup with carbs such as rice potatoes and rice cakes or else carbup using fats such as meat, ice cream and peanut butter things like that,again, according to the individual.
The last meal before the photoshoot should be about 5-6 hours.
If I am totally wrong about this please do correct me as I have never taken a photoshoot myself.
