Cutting hard after bulk went from 205-235 dropped 3% bf during bulk if believable now cutting using t3 and clen also running test and adex...im eating 450g protein about 60-70g clean fat and only taking 25-30g carbs most days...as of right now I go 5 days like that then load carbs every 6th day clean carbs at 250-280g.then 5 on low again.. with what im taking would it benefit or hurt to load 2 days in a row...
Stats 5'11" 220lbs currently at about 18% bf...im 36 any thoughts reccomendations
Ramp clen up start at 20mcg increase by 20mcg daily for 10 days then eca stack for 7 days start over with clen...about to start t3 gonna pyramid start at 20 for 4 days then increase by 20 every 4 days til hit 100mcg then hold there for 14 days then back down same way
