They changed the protein content from 12g per cup to 8g
WTF, why would they do that? And it's still $3.99 for 1/2 gallon, motherfuckers!!!!! Higher protein is the only advantage they had over the knock offs, I'll buy the cheaper ones from now on.
That sucks. I wonder if the stuff I have now is lower? I buy it all the time. It goes great with vanilla protein powder. I wish I could find a cheaper alternative though. It's the only low carb choc milk I've been able to find.

there are other cheaper ones at the market, can't remember any brand names, but I always stuck with carb countdown because of the higher protein content. I'll be trying out the others now for sure.
