I just recieved mine a few days ago the order never got shipped during the christmas rush-it tasts awful i had to answer the phone just before i was about to take some,after arriving back into the kitchen my brother stopped by i had left the top off the bottle it really stinked the house up a bit my brother said whats dead? HAHAHA! seriously i would really hate to spill a bottle its some thick stuff.The directions on the bottle said to mix in milk or soy milk- i put it in my protein shake gawd!!!! directions also said "delicous over ice cream" Now really!!! Yeah! Right! well after experminting i finally found it wasn't too bad mixed in lemon-lime Gatorade ,after a week i'm already feeling the affects of Carao and i agree with the others it gives you spontaneous hard ons!

I must say, though, I've learned to not smell it and it goes down pretty easily. I guess I'd better learn to like it; I've got 3 more bottles in the cupboard.
And the few days I've forgotten doses... well, there IS a difference!

i took one bottle worth. lasted me a couple weeks. and yes i was working out, and i got absolutly nothing from it. On the other hand, i have no problems with my RBC either.

you guys lick the spoon?

I like to pour it into the back of my mouth trying to avoid the taste. Theres always alot "stuck" to the spoon, but I just cant bring myself to lick it clean

Dilute it with a bit of water. (Or my personal favorite, liquid Milk Thistle) Use a dropper to fill it into capsules. 4 caps equal 1 tsp. It's the only sane way.

you need to be taking tablespoons nelson...2 is what it takes me to notice results... havent been able to afford trying more... just swish it around in your mouth and pretend it's grasshopper blood...that's how I do it
