Carao shelf life??

I have two of the big bottles from an order I recieved in the beginning of November. I remember a note saying they should be consumed by March. Anyone know if its still good?

its still good- that cutoff date is just a guideline i'm still using the last bottle of mine!

The way it was explained to me was that the March date was chosen arbitraily... simply because that was the date of the next harvest. This stuff has never been made before and no one really has a clue how long/short it stays good. I have several bottles... and they don't seem to have changed a bit since I got them. I suspect they will be good long after March.
