tell me if this raises a brow in the wtf factor for you guys.
my dad bought my sister a car a few years back. the car is under my dads name and she's on his insurance policy. a few months back some girl at her work backed into her car while they were both leaving. the chick got the ticket and our insurance (statefarm) dealt with "phone tag" from the other girls insurance (some agency i've never heard of) well my sister wasn't able to talk to her insurance or our insurance since she works during their office hours. she authorized her boyfriend to talk for her. they finally sent a check for the damages BUT they wrote the check under the boyfriends name!?!?!? how the fuck can they do that??? shouldn't the check have been written out to the owner of the car (title) and the main person on the insurance policy (my dad)????
