put some powders i had lying aroundin some caps... just for fun
per cap:
25mg ephedrine hcl
200mg caffeine
5g creatine ethyl ester
and some arginine...forgot how much off the top of my head
anyone think the creatine with the ephedrine and caffeine isnt a good idea for some reason i have yet to think of?
