Ok guys a few stats before I get started;

200lbs

Been training for 17 years and have a handful of cycles under my belt mostly oral only cycles of anavar and t-bol.

Here is my cycle I'm itching to get started;

Weeks 1-10 primo at 600mg/week
Weeks 1-10 test e at 250mg/week
Weeks 1-6 t-bol at 60mg/day

On cycle support;
Weeks1-6 n2guard
Weeks1-4 hcgenerate
Weeks4-10 hcg at 250iux2
Weeks 10-12 hcg at 1000iux2
Forma will be used on cycle and for pct.

Pct
Weeks 12-16 unleashed, post cycle, daa, forma and low dose clomid.

Weeks 16- bridge.

Low dose test is mainly for sense of well being and libido.
I know primo should be run longer but I really don't want to cycle over 10 weeks.

I did post this cycle months ago with some great advice and have tweaked it slightly.

Starting this Monday and I can't wait :-)

I'll be running dx7, krill t-s, needto's whey, an isolate and prob. ntkts.

Diet will consist of 4 solid meals plus 3 shakes day. I'm hoping to drop a shake and have another solid meal.

Meal 1- 5 whole omega 3 eggs and 4 whites and I'll have about 60g oats.

Meal 2 is post workout shake consisting of 50g isolate and 50g maltodextrin.

Meal 3- 10oz of lean beef fillet, green vegetables and basmati rice.

Meal 4- 10oz chicken breast with green vegetables

Meal 5- 50g whey with 20 raw almonds

Meal 6- 10oz fish or tuna and green vegetables

Meal 7- 50g whey with a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter.

I'll be doing a Dorian yates type workout routine for the upper body and AAP's quad and hammy workout with nelsons calf routine.

I'm hoping to bring up my legs and shoulders on this cycle and basically a quality lean bulk.

Thoughts???
 
your use of ancillaries, supps, and PCT are as close to perfect as you are gonna find.

should be a smooth recovery

Thanks Steve. I am just thankful I found elite and now I know how to cycle the correct way.
The mods know there shit and I've been absorbing info since day 1.
