whats up guys im currently running some sustanon 300 and eq 200. my next job is not for another month and a half and ive had a lot of time to take this cycle seriously, but my question is im going to the gym in the mornings and i come and rest a while but about 2 or 3 oclock i start working out on the total gym that chuck norris machine. i know its more for burning fat but i dont really get soar from it and i dont see much of a problem but i dont want to over work myself my energy is through the roof and i cant help it.
 
what are your fitness goals? if its bb'ing throw that machine in the trash
 
dont get me wrong i want to bulk up but i want that lean hard look as well. i think im gonna ease up on it a little. so far im toning up real nice and also putting on the bulk as well.
 
controll that with diet not loads of cardio. cardio is counter productive to muscle building and should be kept to a minimum. when you do cardio do full body like swimming or legs only. using the crap out of your arms is the last thing you want to do.

Not sure what you're asking...

Sounds like you're saying the total gym isn't up to par...Which anyone but Chuck could have told you...

Ditch the total gym and train HARD in the gym...

If you're not getting sore and you have too much energy after using the total gym you kind of answered your own question...
 
i work out at the gym in the mornings, but ive never regenerated like this the soarness from the gym heals extremly fast. sometimes im at the gym in the morning and i might go late at night. this is only my second cycle ever but the first one i made the mistake of doing it to young and i used some dirty gear in my opinion. being i used some of crap from mexico. testastarona 200. i finally got my hands on some clean gear and im amazed at its healing power. my diet is good im keeping a lot of the unwanted fats out and sticking to protein and high calories
 
if you want to bulk up, bulk up and do no cardio, and if your cutting, diet and do cardio if you want (cardio is optional), but only chose one at a time.

If you are working out in the mornings hard enough you should be too tired to even think about doing anything else the rest of the day.

However, if you simply CAN'T stay off the Body Machine or whatever it is called, why not put that time on it to the best use you can?

Target a week muscle like the rear delts, or the side delts, or the bicep brach. SMALL muscles that are lagging and do not require compound movements for direct stimulation.

Spend time on it with a light weight doing nothing but mastering the mind and muscle connection that few people fail to grasp. Feel how YOUR muscles move, contract, stretch and the point of where the tension shifts from one muscle to another. Master this and then apply it to your workouts in the gym. Experiment with different angles and limb positioning.

Find a way to use the way to help you incorporate fascia stretching whether it be through continuous static holds in the stretched position or forcibly elongating the muscle through tension.

Simply jumping on it and going isn't going to be overly productive. There are better ways to work off the extra energy you may have. Hobbies, fixing up your house, yoga (laugh if you want, but you can directly enhance your muscle shape and size this way), sex (no complaints here) or simply doing all the things you want NOW that you won't be able to do when your job starts in a month and half.

What kind of job are you starting now?
