Trail running, tripped over some rocks. My girlfriend in front of me heard 2 hard thumps and my girlfriend behind me thought " when is she going to stop " as I bounced off about 4 rocks as I fell. Bled like a stuck pig. Stitches in my knee and elbow, bruised shoulder, other knee, hip, and hand. Can't do jack............. So... I'm on martini #2.......
