cant get bacteriostatic water !!!

cant get bacteriostatic water !!! can i use sterile water.
i have 3 x 1500 iu hcg, planning 500iu/week (250iu x 2) from week 5 of test 500mg/week(10 weeks) and dbol 40mg ed(4 weeks) cycle.
OR

what if i:
1500iu every 4th or 5th day for a maximum period of 3 weeks at a stretch. week 8, 9, and 10.
