Alright, this started last week during my shoulder w/o. It wasn't near as bad last week, but this week instead of not being able to finish, I was barely able to start. My first lift(s) (dumbell) were lateral raise/front raise. I could barely even get to my 3rd set because I had so much pain in my shoulders. I tried to do military, and it wasn't too bad. Then I did a bar front raise (hands together) on incline bench and that wasn't horrible but still I was in discomfort the whole workout, I just couldn't get it done. I stopped after this one thinking that I was going to seriously injure myself.
As I type this they feel fine, it was just during my w/o. It feels almost like something internally is rubbing together. Any ideas?? Did I mess something up? Am I lifting wrong? Just sucks not being able to get my w/o in... not to mention I didn't even run because I didn't think I'd be able to "swing" my arms while running effectively. Any help would be great... btw, I already did my chest (sunday) bis (monday) tris (tues) and I had no trouble with them. I have back tomorrow and hopefully I can do it..
EDIT: also, as I think it may be important.. I'm on my last week of superdrol at 40mg... Think this could be related?
