Can't decide second cycle, help!!!

Ok, I am just struggling to find a good next cycle for me. 1st was test(500sust)/eq(500) for 8 weeks. At the start of cycle will be 5'9-5'10, 183, 11%bf. My ultimate goal is around 215-220 and 7-8%bf. I gain mass real easy but really have to work for cuts. I love to lift, but cardio isn'tmy fav. although I do it.

I was thinking of 2 routes. One do one more long cycle and then just stick to a bunch of 4-6week cycles a year(say 4-5 per year)
Or I could do a 6 weeker now.

This:
Russian Naps@35mg/day for weeks 1-5
Testex Cyp@750mg/wk for weeks 1-9
Zambons@50mg/day site injected weeks 1-12
Arimidex .5mg ed for weeks 1-10 and .25mg ed for weeks 10-16
Clomid, nolvadex and proviron to finish


Or this:
fina 75mg/ed for weeks 1-6
virormone 75mg/ed for weeks 1-6
either naps or zambon(drank this cycle) weeks 1-5
finish with clomid, nolvadex, and proviron

Thanks for any help and karma for good insight as I am losing sleep over trying to decide!!
 
I like shorter cycles, you dont crash as hard and by time you start losing your gains you go back on. They are a little bit rougher on your body though sometimes. What I would do is like 3 short cycles(like 1 month on, one off) and then take about 6 months off and clomid to let yourself recover.
 
What about this:

Testex Weeks 1-10 500mg/week
Dbol Weeks 1-4 35mgED
Fina weeks 1-8 75mgED
Liquidex 1mgED

Clomid.

The first cycle looks to hard on your liver, be sure to take ALA either way. If you want some size Fina, Test, and Dbol would be great. Diet.:)

hmmm, but you don't actively try and recover in between the months on?? ie, are you saying you would go on for say 5 weeks then use clomid/etc. for another say 6 weeks and then go back on? this is how I always envisioned it, but from your above it sounds different?
 
IMO, 6 week tren-test cycles are optimal for cutting and bulking. Make sure to eat enough calories, and you while gain good mass with 6 weeks of tren+test.

The way you talked about is the way I currently do things. I just know of others that do the 1 month on and off, but most of them are idiots so they dont do anything ot help recovery. I think I am gonna try it out next year and I am gonna use anti-e's in between and probably some HCG, the clomid I will use at the end of everything but the constantly going on and off of that would do a number on me. In the months between I dont expect to lose much gains anyway because even if your not producing much natural test your not off for very long. The way I would use the HCG is every 3 months reguardless of wether or not I am on or off. I would only do the 1 month on 1 off cycle for 6-8 months and then take off a good few months doing clomid therapy and using some otc stuff to help hold gains(maybe insulin, but no bridging if i can avoid it).

I would run fina for the last 6 weeks of a test cycle(longer esters) but prop/fina cycles can be quite pricey and get to be bothersome when your sticking yourself twice a day.

Exactly what I was thinking when reading this post. :)

It MAY take a couple cycles to reach your goal bro' as you are trying to gain quite a bit of weight while at the same time making a pretty significant helping you reach your goal.
