i am 21 yrs old male with an ectomorph style body(165). I have small bone structure and have a hard time putting on weight. I have been told that a body type such a s mine should be doing a 3 day split where as most of my buddies including me feel 5 days are the way to go. I feel like my workouts are to compressed doing 3 days but if 5 days dont work for me then I will have to live with it. I am a student so being at the gym really helps in terms of getting my mind off term papers etc.. So please if you could help or have a few comments that might steer me away from 5 days or 3 days let me know. Thanks Guys!!
