Ok I know this is old but I was browsing in a book store today at lunch and I came across Canseco's book. So obviuosly I had to browse throuhg it. The guy goes on about his career and how him and maguire juiced up and how all kinds are doin it and how giambi is the new roid king..Point here is there is NOTHING i mean NOTHING worse than a RAT!!!!! if this guy was in jail they'd probably find him hanging from his balls..somebody should put a hit on him had to let that out.....

From a clinical point of view, it doesn't sound like these guys knew what they were doing, didn't cycle right/regularly/measure it right, didn't to PCT, or put much thought ito it. I think the average guy who reads this forum could design a better cycle thatn what these clowns were doing. That's probably why they needed balco - just to share this basic info.

straight up, he needed money, and he got it. only thing is now he might get in serious legal trouble. i hope so, he'll have to use his muay thai in prison cause they'll love him. if he wanted to chronicle his experiences that would have been fine. but he ratted out people. the one thing i will say is that in some parts of the book u can tell that this man knew how to cycle. he did his research. thats the only props i give em. i can't compare to caminiti cause i think he did it really to free his conscience whereas jose wanted money

that funy Jose Canseco and Ossi his brother always go to my GYM mainly over the weekend I know him for over 3 years nice people I was in shock when I saw the book I think a lot of people turn him in first and his career was over.
