anyone have any experience with it or similar canon models? we needed a new film camera so i went out tonight and picked this one up. got the wrong damn batteries for it though, so i havn't had a chance to play with it at home. checked out all the cameras in walmart, and figured i couldn't go wrong with the Canon.
got 38-115 zoom. wasn't paying an extra $60 for the other one that went out to 130mm. was real tempted to spend $200 on a Canon Rebel, but i talked myself out of it. while i want something i can interchange lenses on for nice shots, i wouldn't get a whole lot of use out of it, so it would've been a waste of money really.
good purchase? figured i couldn't go wrong with the reputation of Canon.
