cannot get bf down

mach2

New member
5'8" tall 182# 22% bf 33"waist. I have gotten down to 168# before but felt like crap, and muscle mass, strength suffered a lot. I want to do another cycle in a month, but i am tired of carrying around the extra weight. I have the typical male fat pattern and every thing i try fails. It must be genetic i guess. Should i just not worry about it yet until after my next cycle then try to diet it off again. any ideas? I cannot do some of the more radical diets because of the situation i have at work. Some times i may not get a break to even piss or get a drink for 8-9 hours. thanks next cycle is test, primo and d-ball.

While on cycle you can use and eca stack, t3, and clen. that should be fairly effective. Also you could use fina, everyone says that it helps burn bf and your gains are great.

If you can do a fast -like eat your last meal at no later than 6-7 pm and not eat for 12-14 hrs this cuts bodyfat pretty good......its something you will have to commit to-no cheating!!! RADAR

I've got the same problem. I'm 5'10" 34 inch waist at 20% BF. Everytime I lower my BF % I lose a lot of muscle mass and strength and feel like shit so I bulk back up.

The first thing you should do is right down every calorie you take in everday. This will keep you honest and you may find out that you are eating more calories than you think. You may keep the calories down for a day or two and then go on a little junk food binge. It all adds up, keep track you'll be surprised. Then add cardio in the mix. Staying honest with the calorie count sucks bad, but it works. Also go here:

Look up how dieting works. The body is such an efficient machine you'll find out why it is so hard to lose weight. Try these things and I'm sure it will help.

Peace

How did you get your body fat percentage? You seem to have a small waist for a 22 percent reading. If you got your fat percentage off of a Tamita Scale, your reading was probably way to high.

To be very concise:
Eat:
Lean protein
Starchy carbohidrates and fiber
Insatturated fat ( olive, flax, avocado, canola )
Lots of veggies

Avoid:
Sugar, sodas, fried and fast food.

Do:
Cardio 4x / week min, consume 10g glutamine and 1500 mg Bcaa before and after.Eca stack 1 cp morning and 1 before lunch.

Be consistent and disciplined, and it will come to you.

thanks

I certainly thank all for their replys. I was measured at the gym with calipers. This does sound high to me also. Most of the fat is in my torso. I use the guide lines that i got from ajc's site. I work in health care and have a pretty good grasp on how things are supposed to work, but shit doesnt seem to go that way for me. Dont know why. I do cardio 3 times a week in between lifting days. I also use diet log on my palm pilot to keep track of my calories (2800). What are the opinions to go ahead and do another round of mass gaining (up to 5000 kal a day)then try like hell to cut again or keep at it and cut first. I really am not concerned about loosing all of my gains afterwards by dieting because i have kept my gains so far from 8 months ago. Thanks

WTF? I don't see how you could be at 22% with a 33" waist. You'd have to have breats or something IMO. Caliper readings aren't always very accurate. They all say + or - about 3% or should. I think a poll of weight, bf%, and waist size is in order. My waist is 30" and I don't think my bf% could be any higher than 9-10%. I can pinch a little fat beside my belly button but not much. At 29.25" I can pretty much not pinch any fat around my belly button and don't have much left on my love handles either. That's for reference in case you want it (everyone is different though).

If you want to lose fat calorie intake must be lower than calorie output, it's that simple. Eat less but eat good quality food take good supplements and expend a few more calories in the gym i.e. maybe some extra cardio.
