Can you mix eq and sus in same needle

You could mix any oil base with another oil base. You can even mix an oil base with a water base like winny.

I think you should break it down to two shots. Sust has been proven to keep more constant levels if shot twice a week (rather than once). So 250of sust and 250 of EQ on Sunday and then again on Thursday.
