In SHORT NO
Don't worry about the muscle loss so much. The main factor in muscle loss is too drastic a deficit in calories than anything else.
If you weights are dropping thats when you should worry and the first time it happens don't fret its most likely not from muscle loss but from lack of energy since you cutting. No damage done except the shiity workout you got in. Just bump the cals back up again untill your weight training is back on par. Going under will effect your energy levels first which will seem like muscle loss when you try to train but its quickly fixed by eating more w/ no permanent damage done.
Its only if you ignore the signs of too drastic of a calorie deficet and continue trying to train at a sub optimal level. Thats what will lead to the eventual muscle loss.
