I have a simple question: how exactly does prepH tighten skin? I'm curious as to the physiology behind its ingredients and how it acts on skin? thanks....

When I was 14 I was about 5'9" and about 220 pure fat and I went through hell to loose it all. I don't have a pic but even if I did there is no way anyone could get me to post it LOL

y not, be proud of fat pics. it shows how hard you worked to lose it all. on my state id between 8 grade and freshman year, i was fat as hell, and i still carry it in my wallet to remind myself where i've come from and to show people the gains i've achieved.

I'm noticing a lot of "skin tightening" lotions on the market lately. Seems like the latest thing. I wonder if they have some of the same ingredients as Prep H.
