my step dad is into cockers...has had 2 since he joined the family...his mom has had a few of cockers and cocapoos....she has a black springer what a beauty.....

I much prefer the black and white Springer to the liver and white, A well groomed springer makes for a really handsome dog, but I'm biased, we had bird dogs continuously while I was growing up.

my parents dog is blonde with a stripe of red down his back....talk about beautiful...our last dog passed away at 9, she ended up with some blood problem that is commen in female cocker spaniels....she was pure red....they are both americans but the new dog looks more like a springer..i am trying to convince him to show the dog, he is looking into studding him...i guess the blood line is outstanding...

cocker spaniels are too rambounctious.

all the ones iv seen make me want to snap them apart

not really i find that they vary...my grandmother has 2..one is crazy,the other is silent and extremely shy...my moms last one was layed back didnt like to play and barked all the time, her new one is crazy beyond belief but hardley ever barks

boxers are the best hands down. They love kids and are energetic, but love to cuddle. I have two.
