Can someone give me some advice on anavar please

hey was just wondering if someone could give some advice on anavar.
Im a rugby player and want to improve my strength and put on 4 - 5 kgs over the pre season. was thinking about 60mg a day for 8 - 10 weeks.
was thinking anavar because dont fancy hairloss. how long does it take to get out of system as i may get tested?
or if somebody can give me some sound advice would be much appreciated.
 
var is more of a strength builder than mass builder. if you wanna put on 4-5 kgs id go for something else. im not sure sure about how long it remains in your system though, maybe someone else can tell you.
 
test e, at 250 a week for ten weeks is what I recommend for a first time cycle, but i also like to play things on the safe side. But your situation is slightly different i know because you plan on being drug tested. about when approx do you plan on being popped?

skip the cycle--and the risk--and just eat like a horse- and lift like a madman--the diet will hurt you more than gear can ever help.

do workouts designed to put you into an anabolic state (deads/ squats/bench)

post your diet and bros will go to town on it to make it work for you
 
yea it will help, but if you aren't really wantin hardcore gains, id stick with eddy's advice. a ten week test cycle would be long gone by september, but juice is useless if you dont eat and train properly, so id try that first. also, september is half a year away man, plenty of time to see good gains naturally, think about that before you risk the gear.

no. if your diet is not spot on--the gear is wasted. and as jlowe said--6 months--diet and workout and i promise you will become a freakin monster--switch-up your workouts, go nuts.

I think you can take Amp02--send a PM to OMEGA and ask if there is anything in it that will test positive.
 
ddealift and squat like crazy, those are by far the best two exercises for overall strength in explosive sports like rugby. throw in some bench too, because its fun if for no other reason.

I call Bullshit. Anavar is HIGHLY anabolic. It just wont give you the extra water and fat (mass) that other drugs do. Anavar is the best oral for pure lean gains, winny and tbol being a very close seconds. Dbol will give you the same result but with an extra 15 lbs of fat and water.

anavar is good shit, and expensive as hell. that's the downer. If var costed what dbol does It would be the only oral I use.

yes. At 60mg for 8 weeks, you will see good improvements. For the $$$, a vial or 2 of test for 10 weeks goes the same distance for much much less.
 
so you think five weeks of anavar will put 5 kgs of lean mass on? i highly doubt it. i suppose it depends on who you are though.

Try it for 10wks...eat good ,,,train hard,,stack with creatine for even better results.

Who said anything about 5 weeks? I suggest 8 weeks. and even then, no you will not put on 5kgs most likely, but you will gain solid lean muscle and not have to worry about estrogen issues or. Nobody will put on 5kgs of solid muscle in 8 weeks. water and fat are the greater part of the rapid weight gain with other drugs. I think saying that you'll gain a certain amount is dumb.

Ok, my bad about the five weeks i misread the post, but the TS wants to gain 4-5kgs in mass. And like you said, I just dont think var would do it in 8-10 weeks. My point wasnt that var sucked, it was just that he wanted to gain more mass than what i think var will give him. If he wants to take it fine, im not gonna argue the point anymore, but if he's never taken aas like he says he should just go natty anyway.

I guess my first reply was meant to be read like "Dont take var if you wanna blow up." Of course you'll get lean gains off of it. but in his given timeframe, i didnt see it possible.

all good points. It's possible though with high caloric intake. Anybody can do that. It's called getting fat. Any other like test or dbol will blow him up, but he'll lose most of it in a week, because it's just water retention.

i agree with you. var gains are much cleaner, but i still think more muscle is gained overall with dbol or test. perhaps im wrong, i dont know. i do know that water retention can help anabolism because you can lift heavier weight. regardless of any of it, water retention will help him, because hes playing a contact sport.

Agreed diet is very important show us a average day meal plan , do you know the amount of protein,carbs ,fats you eat a day .

AMP02 is the shit , do you live in AUS not shore if it ships there .

for example today i ate.

breakfast - bowl of bran and two bananas - protein shake
mid morning tuna sandwich
lunch - one small cooked chicken
afternoon - can of tuna 2 bananas
dinner- salad 2 boiled patatoes and 250gm fillet steak
