well 4000 cals a day is going to cost some money!
now when i am trying for 4000 a day I drink 3 myroplex shakes made with milk and add some peanut butter, bannanas, whatever. Thats about 1500cals by the time im done mixing shit in. IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT. I also will throw in some mesotech bars(i just like that kind). Maybe a couple a day.(700 more cals)
one box Rice a Roni or Pasta ronie........about 800cals
one 12oz can of tuna mixed in........300cals.....65protein
O breakfast.........
about 6 eggs...... 480cals
glass OJ.....200cals...
2 slices of wheat bread...200cals
With the bars thats 4000 plus a day and loads of protein. Thats just a sample plan.
hell you can always spend $2.00 on 2 BK double cheese burgers! thats almost a 1000cals, lots of protein, lots of fat!lol
