I read that hydrolyzed proteins could be worth shit because they get damaged during the hydrolyzing process. But what about glutamine peptides? Doesn't this get damaged too?

ya i would like to know too. i overheard some guys in my gym talkin about it today but didnt get the whole thing. so if anyone knows lets hear it.

So glutamine peptides survives the process? but hyrolyzing a protein ( hydrolyzed whey ) doesnt? Thus hydro proteins are worthless?????

anything will be damaged by excessive heat and time...

but if you store things right, and don't let it sit aorund forever all shoudl be fine

Tell Omega that he's fired for not answering you.

The glutamine is bound in a peptide that survives the digestive enzymes and makes it into the blood.

So Ulter...hydro proteins are crap?

hydolzing breaks down the bonds to shorter chains

shorter chains are good for absorbing faster

hover a general rule applies the smaller the chains the less stable

with the ultimate smallness (isolated aminos) which are the least durabable

like I said :) proper storage and temp shoudl make all fine
