its how she was raised. people grow up in different areas and lifestyles where certain things are ok. like white trash will live in poor towns with other white trash and they will have kids that all grow up to be trash. for them its not unusual to not go to college and to get tattoos. so the kids do it. its the environment the kids are brought up in.
