Can someone clear up my Gyno question?

Is gyno when you get soft fatty tissue around the nipple that makes your nipple look more like a female nipple. OR is it a hard knot that forms underneath your nipple that hurts REALLY bad and fluid drains out. OR they both Gyno? Awhile back I did 2cc's of Aratest a week for 5 weeks and got a hard lump under my nipples. They hurt so bad that it would bring tears to my eyes when someone would bump into it. I called the Dr but they were dicks and didn't want to provide much info to a steroid user. The lumps were there for a long time till I got rid of them myself. What I noticed was if I applied pressure to my nipple a white fluid would come out. Sick huh? So I would take a HOT shower and while in the shower I would apply pressure till fluid would come out. It hurt pretty bad. After a week or two of doing this the fluid that was coming out became clear. The knots then went away. What was this? What is this fluid?

Seriously, was it milk? It was back in my "to ignorant to be doing steroids" days. I didn't do enough research to know about antiestrogens. I will not make that mistake again. Any more input?

What were you taking? It sounds prolactin based. Yes, gyno is hard glandular tissue but doesn't go away by applying daily pressure either. ...strange

Like I said I was ignorant some two years ago and never heard of clomid, arimidex, liquidex, nolvadex, hcg, provironum, aromasin, femera, danazol, fertodur, or any other post cycle therapy. It has already happened and now I want to know what it is. I just want some answers not responces telling me I did something wrong. I already know that.

Fluid secretion from male or female nipples is caused by prolactin as staated. I can't say this is 100%, but I bet it's damn close.
