hi

im currently doing the following sustanon only cycle with proviron throughout does this look ok?

wks 1-10 500mg sus
wks 1-12 proviron 25mg day for first week see how i am then 50mg ed
wks 13 & 14 50mg clomid day

I think that should be fine. I prefer Nolvadex to clomid though because of the mood swings. If all you have is clomid though, then I think you should be fine.

actually nolva doesn't do shit to help u restore natural test production. It'll help with any estrogen backlash in as much as preventing gyno but thats it. It wont prevent catabolism. Now clomid will help u restore natural test production. An alternative could be dermacrine sustain since some people experience bad mood swings on clomid. I dont tho. I'd say go with the clomid and do the nolva only if u get puffy nipples. U might connsider getting some hcg with the clomid. If ur balls are shrunk from the cycle hcg is a must.

I'd deffo do some HCG as P.C.T, just to give the minerals a bit of life afterwards. We don't want them feeling neglected now, do we?

wrong!!! nolva is actually good for recovery and used by many just for that!! however I prefer both clomid and nolva for p-c-t... get some hcg and run it the last few days of your cycle and ten days from last shot of sust leaving ten days before your you begin clomid/nova/ or whatever you decide to do for pct run your proviron right up until you start your clom/nol/etc... as for dermacrine and it's variants... I don't yet buy into those products and I'd rather go with proven favorites when it comes to my recovery!!

A lot of people say Clomid is "proven" but all it's been proven to do is be inconsistant in its effectiveness. At least 25% of people who use it experience worse estrogenic symptoms than if they did nothing at all.

This happens all the time. Some first timer posts that he lost his libido or got bad mood swings or felt lethargic or had blurry vision while on Clomid and then someone comes on and says; "Oh yeah, that can happen." Fuck that.

An anti e WILL help in recovery, but Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - as an anti e is not a great choice since it's site specific.

I don't understand how nolvadex will help with pct. it doesn't restore natural test levels so why take it? I can see taking if you just came off letro and don't want estro rebound.

nolva has been proven to increase test serum levels!! that's why it's used in p-c-t
