Can NE1 link me to the Needsize ab routine?

ok, when it says parallel, I'm pretty sure that means parallel to the floor and not to the bench whch is almost impossible. I did these today, but I figured there was more to it. I also went down and all the way back up after each 5 count. Going up really burnt like hell, and I was tighter than I think I have been a while in my abs.
 
Yeah bud I meant parallel to the ground. As you progress you add weight ( I don't think I mentioned that).

I might add weight next time. I actually got through all five sets with a TRUE 5 second pause for each one. I'm glad no one was around b/c I was making some crazy faces :chomp: .

If I remember correctly needsize' plan with these was to increase ab stability for heavy squats. I believe since I started these it has performed this function admirably as I find it easier to remain upright even as the weights increase. A winner in my book.
 
Yea, I'm starting to have the forward lean when going heavier, but I did feel good today doing squats.

When I did the ab routine, I did 3 sets. First with 0 weight (wasn't that hard), then I put a 10 on my chest (Said WTF?), and then I did one final set with 0 weight. I'm going to work up with 0 weight to the 5X5 next time.
