Yea, I'm starting to have the forward lean when going heavier, but I did feel good today doing squats.
When I did the ab routine, I did 3 sets. First with 0 weight (wasn't that hard), then I put a 10 on my chest (Said WTF?), and then I did one final set with 0 weight. I'm going to work up with 0 weight to the 5X5 next time.
