Ambien's all I've ever needed. Great drug and it's not a benzo. I highly recommend it to people because there's no hangover and it just 'lets' you to sleep, doesn't knock you out. I'm surprised Ireekof that you didn't like it.

From what I've read about melatonin its really only useful for people with jet lag or shift changes at work, times when the body's internal clock has been thrown off. I know for myself I don't notice anything from taking it.
Yah, melatonin doesn't do much for me...especially after the body builds a tolerance to it.... would love to find a better way to sleep other than all these rx sleep aids
According to their Rx inserts, they don't list gyno or even sexual side effects at the recommended dosages. I believe Sonata lists fertility issues for females at 20 times the recommended dosage (so I don't think you have to worry).
