Can I run gear with EO and gear without EO in the same syringe?

I just found out that "Some" of my gear is made with EO and some isn't.

Strange how he couldn't tell me what is made with EO and what isn't but my questions is can I mix the two in the same syringe? and since I already have bad allergies isn't it possible I could be allergic to EO?

do you know which bottle contains EO? Yeah! you can mix both , but if you do have an allergic reaction it will be impossible to tell which bottle contains the EO,unlee you can identify by the color of the oil.
