Hi i am a couple of weeks into my summer diet and things going well no calories restricted yet just 3 x gentle cardio a week , i will be introducing test prop @ 100mg eod and maybe masteron aswell , is it possible to gain size whilst cutting with aas , i have cut 3 or 4 times before without aas and got to about 9-10% just by gradually decreasing calories every couple of weeks when i stop losing fat , i feel that if i cut any more food at this stage i will lose muscle . but i have read some of you guys saying that you have put on muscle whilst cutting -is this the case or will i loose less muscle and feel bigger because of this?
this will be my 2nd cycle (my first was a bulker )i am now 185lb (im only 5ft 3 inch) and bf measures 17% at last measurement (but i have skimmed of a coupl of lbs) so i estimate i have around 20lb to lose to get into single digit BF levels any diet tips would be good for when i get to the 10% brick wall
