I am wondering what everyone's opinion is on this. I am thinking about doing a workout of just bicepts, but 4 sets and probably 6 different movements (then, another day, do the same for tri's). Anyone done this to any extent? Opinions? Thanks!
do you mean........... 6 exercises at 4 sets each........ for a total of 24 sets.................... i wouldn't do near that. expecially for a small muscle group like the biceps......... i would cut that down to 2-3 movements for no more than 10 sets. same for triceps.
Was that supposed to be a "wouldn't"? They way I suggested gives a total of 24, while the 2-3@10 sets would be 20-30. I'm not disagreeing, just asking for clarification!
