If 295x5 is warm-up, then you are a big man Widelat.

Cool. I've always wondered what I could do if I chose to use anabolics. Just dont need to, at least not now.

At 5'6", your limbs are shorter, which proves advantageous in Bench Pressing, especially if you have a thick chest. However, contrary to popular belief, having shorter limbs DOES NOT help squats, as it is the same distance in proportion to height for everyone to go to parallel.

My best in contest was 402 but I was heavier then and taking more juice than now. That was about 3 years ago.

I can't max out because of risk of injury. Hit 315 for 12. Not bad for nearly 38 and right at or under 200lbs. 225x24reps.
