i dont see how gh could cause gyno...you bloat from it at first but growing breast tissue doesnt seem possible

SInce growth hormone upgredulates IGF-1 and 2 , I would have to say yes if E2 is present

Taken on it's own I would think the likelihood is very low but could be a contibuting factor when combined with AAS. I would need to research further but sure I have read at some time that HGH can increase expression at the prolactin receptor so you couple this with a rise in estrogen from AAS use and you certainly increase the chances of gyno if not mitigating them with ancillaries to lower both estrogen and prolactin.
