can get big but stay lean.

i have messed around with gear my whole life and until my older age i have relised that my diet makes what i become. i understand that many of you figured that a long time ago but at least i know now. i am 37 and have had four fusions on my back but not letting that hold me back. im 6ft. 210 pounds which was dieted down from 235 and used deca300mg week,boldenon300mg week and 50 mg of whinny eod along with 2ius of growth 5 on and 2 0ff. i looked really good and lean and now wish do a bulking cycle but want to know with doin a-50 every day for 50 days,deca 300mg a week,and either sust 250 or enathate 250 and stay on my 2 ius of growth can i still keep my lean look and not bloated water weight and what would be good diet program to work with. im a single dad and my only me time is the gym and want to make sure im getting it right so any help would be greatly apprecaited.

Welcome to EF!

I think a good starting point for you (where you've had multiple cycles) would be to get some labwork done and get a better picture of where you are hormonally and otherwise.

Get FSH, LH, free T, LFTs, cholesterol, GH (IGF-1), prolactin, TSH (T3/4) to start. Without this info it's tough to say where to go. I think you're right, tho, to focus on diet and exercise. Tough to get any real results without that in place.
