The reason I ask it's because all the muscle in the mid section could shrink or make some sort of pressure the The uterus, plus those who have taken roids before may cause birth defects to the baby?

A naturally muscular woman will be just as fertile as a less muscular woman.

Steroids can promote infertility but that is a different conversation in itself.

Being muscular does not increase or decrease infertility.

Yea, women bodybuilders have kids. On stage females that juice have healthy children. Not sure if children get birth defects if the mother juiced before getting pregnant. Don't think so.
