Can anyone help me?

Thank you for your suggestiong. Can you advise me on the weekly doses? Say I choose deca, win, and dbol? any pct?
Deca is a good drug, great stuff. Start with 200mg and go to 400mg per week. Test 250mg per week would be fine with the deca. If you think you want to add an oral like dbol, 30mg on top of that would be fine. If this is your first or second cycle, you don't need high dose, just enough. Personally, I would stay away from dbol if you have test and deca. But if you do not mind the extra water weight and puffy look, the dbol might do you good. I don't have a lot of dbol experience, I took Indian Pronabol back in the 90s. I would opt for anadrol, but it also will give you a lot of water weight and puffy look, unless an aromatase inhibitor would help. PM me anytime bro if you are getting a lot of pain in the ass answers asking for your DNA

You say you have only trained for 10 weeks right? If so you might not even have a good routine. Get a solid routine set up, get your diet in check, make some natural gains before using AAS, and STUDY. Use the search here and you should find all the info you need, if not try Anabolic Review or another book.

Be sure to study PCT!

It is good that you are asking questions and trying to do this right but you need to do learn some basics before even considering AAS again.

Good luck!

What is the point of research if you trust no-one?
Its like saying, read every book on steroids but dont trust the author. (?)

No, you can do much more than that.

You owe it to yourself to take an active part in the research that needs to be done to use synthetic hormones in a manner likely to keep you safe and functional.

Take anyone's and everyone's advice with a pinch of salt unless and until you can find ways to ascertain the veracity of their words. Trust no-one since if you fuck up there's only you to live with the consequences.

I think it's more like saying that you could read every book on steroids and find a dozen different standpoints on any issue. One or two of which might actually be hazardous; a few nondescript and one utterly golden. Without doing some research to get yourself into a position where the golden one actually sparkles to you, how are you going to recognize it?

I wouldn't trust my health to any one person on the Internet without doing some of my own research or otherwise having a very pressing reason to do so. All I'm suggesting it that he shouldn't take anyone's word at blind gospel faith and absolutely must make the effort to educate himself.

99% of anything written or published on any topic is bullshit. Nobody said figuring this shit out is easy. If it was, everybody would look great. Some people say we live in the information-age. I call it the misinformation-age-especially the fitness and diet industry that thrives on your confusion and failure. The less gains that you make, the more likely you'll try buying some bullshit diet and/or supps that don't work.
