Dead Lift
Squat
Bench Press
Chin Ups
Dips

learn the shit and work the shit out of these exercises while you are reading up on diet.

You said you want to lean out...well you're a big fella so you should make cardio a priority like 7 fucking days a week.

cut the shit out of your calories, dont just stop drinking beer and eating pizza and expect to get ripped.

I am so glad someone said what you said. There are people out there who think steroids is the answer for the quick fix. They're foolish and they give real bodybuilders a bad name.

No, you can do much more than that.

You owe it to yourself to take an active part in the research that needs to be done to use synthetic hormones in a manner likely to keep you safe and functional.

Take anyone's and everyone's advice with a pinch of salt unless and until you can find ways to ascertain the veracity of their words. Trust no-one since if you fuck up there's only you to live with the consequences.

I take steroids and the only exercise I get is from masturbating to online porn in between researching the web for my next cycle. Figuring out the right way to stack juice is tough enough without having to pay attention to workout and diet. Oh shit, I'm running late for my liposuction/calf implant operation and I still need to stop at McDonalds for my deluxe big breakfast with extra hash browns, sausage and 3 syrups.
