How the fuck do you want me to listen when all you do is get on here and ridicul. Its veterans like you that that make us amatures hesitate when we ask for advise but I get the fucken point. No sense in beating a dead horse. Like I sais thanks for the input!

Just because myself and Ulter didn't tell you exactly what you wanted to hear, does'nt mean you were being ridiculed! Don't be such a Sally(now that's a Dig)! That's the prob with you newbs! thats cool and I can relate to that! I admitted that I did have that thought when I first started about thinking gear was going to do everything by itself! I now relize that it is even harder to reach the goals one desires! but again thanks for your input!

This site is called elite fitness for a reason. It's not Intro to fitness or newbie fitness. For some reason newbs that join the board have this sense of entitlement to the vast 411 the vets here have acquired over years and years of research and self trial and error. You should feel priveleged that these guy are even willing to listen to your questions regardless of how ridiculous that they may be.

Nobody owes you shit. While you were out fucking off with your free time many of us were in the gym busting our ass. Why should we let you cut to the front of the line when you're lacking the basic knowledge and workout/diet experience to make gains naturally-let alone with AS?

Questions from newbs here are still welcome. We just require you to have done your research of AS and put some time in the gym before you wanna talk shop. In addition, you might wanna pull your panties out of your ass. You sound like a little bitch just cuz guys aren't telling you what you wanna hear.

Now if you're one of those guys that posts a retarded question and waits for the 1st non-flaming bonehead that says what you wanna hear to respond (while ignoring 99% of the other posts advising you not to use AS) that's more irritating than anything. If you've already got it figured out on your own, why even post questions?

Stryker, I hope you soon come to realise that your first cycle was not even vaguely sensible. Without a training background, you are likely to come out of this experience even fatter and with less muscle than when you started.

You might think that your cycle is about to end when, in reality, it's only approaching its end-game. You now need to do a lot of reading on how to recover from your cycle. I suggest you go and read the PCT forum. All of it.

If you are serious about transforming your body, go to the diet and training forums. You have no need of steroids at this time but you do need to learn how to make changes naturally. Be prepared to put in at least a couple of years of effort. The effort will not be wasted.

If he's only been training for 10 wweeks and is 260lbs, there's no way in hell he's only 20% bodyfat. He may actually have gyno but can't really notice it as he's already overly obese.

I can't offer you any advice about your cycle because I haven't done one yet but I can recommend that you don't get nowhere near them until you know everything about them. I've been training for years and I plan to take the plunge in the spring but I can tell you that no needle will come anywhere near my asscheek before I know everything I need to know.
 
What kind of cycle would The Pillsbury Doughboy use??? He's on the biscuit/crescent roll diet and doing a 0 days on/7 days off workout routine. He tries to slow his metabolism down by sleeping and watching as much reality television as possible. I think he smoke likes an oz of weed per week and he's still worried about looking soft during spring break. He may have a yeast infection as well.
