Can Anyone help A Novice (needs advice)

Only bicycle twice a week. Lift weights at least four times a week. Find a bodybuilder work out routine and copy that. Start with a weight you can do all the required repetitions. Eat as much as possible. Add weight to your routine every week. If you can't add weight you may not be eating the right things. You really need a book to read if you are just starting out.
