Can anyone give me some info on Dallas

Dallas is the greatest place ever. Along with Houston. Grew up in Dallas, lived in Houston. The McKinney area is probably the most happening part of the city, lower Greenville is always good, West End is ok, sort of touristy, but good. Weather is great right now there. The state fair is going on too. Need to check that out, biggest in the US, and it's hella fun and great food that is pure crap. Haven't missed it in 25 years.

As someone who is considering relocating to Dallas, I've been there a handful of times visiting friends and can recommend the following:

Las Colinas for living
Baby Dolls for playing
Deep Ellum for more playing

Yes, the women are very fine in Dallas. That's why it is called "The Promised Land".

I'm pretty sure the one on Belt Line in Addison is still open. Hey if not Flying Saucer, go to Duke's...just a little bit further down Belt Line. Always good for eye candy.

I don't know why everyone keeps telling you to go to Ft. Worth, if you're moving to Dallas stay in Dallas. I don't know what your into but you can definatly find it here. If you want to hang out and drink, go to Addison as suggested, Duke's is the spot on Saturday nights. If you want more of a dance crowd go to The Beagle on Greenville Ave. or go to The Bone in Deep Ellum. Where are you going to work? That should determine where you are going to get an apartment. If you are going to work downtown you DO NOT want an apartment in McKinney, the drive in traffic SUCKS. Let me know more what you are looking for and I'll help you out.

Deep Ellum for bars. go to a gentleman's club called the lodge its better than caberat royale which is over priced and overrated. Dallas is known as a strip bar town
