When I really pay attention to it, it's almost like I don't "FEEL" like I have to pass a stool until it's almost too late. I have not changed my diet, but I'm going less. Perhaps anavar making better use of the nutrients. Lately, I've been making myself go more often, even if I don't have the immediate urge. It's like it's stacking up in there, but not trying to come out. And then it stacks up too much and you get constipated. Does that make sense? Try doing the above (fiber and water) but also try to go routinely even if it's not an "urgent" feeling, before you get plugged up.
