came off a sust cycle almost two months ago...how much longer of muscle losing?

Well basically my last shot was almost two months ago, ran it for about 7 weeks, waited two weeks after last shot to start clomid, ran that for 300mg the first day, 150 the rest of the week, then tapered 100, and 50 for the subsequent weeks (total of 3 weeks) Been done with PCT for a little over a week I believe. I lost about 10 pounds the first two weeks off, but you can't really tell by looking at me, i just look a little less stocky. On to my question, how much longer should I worry about losing my gains?

why only 7 wks? how many mg/wk? You shouldnt lose much more, your still training and dieting? that should have been water as stated above

Not sure, I started with 1 cc each week then bumped up to 2 cc by week 3 I believe. Still training and dieting, carbs really effect me so I usually keep those under 100, but protein is always around 200-210 (I'm 5'8, 180 lbs right now). I've been cutting and will continue to do so but if I don't lose any more I'll be really really happy with the results. The water went quick, after those first two weeks I haven't lost anything, which is why I'm still a bit worried about losing some. I'm just about where I want to be, size wise, now the goal is to get cut up as possible because I'm at like 12% and I'm trying to be well under 10.
 
I would up the protein a bit. And yeah test makes you hold water weight so once you got off, you dropped a few lbs of that. I would wait just a bit more till you go for a full cut because you might wind up losing a lot of your new muscle gains.
 
Even with hard training and a solid diet post cycle, you will still drop some weight. As others said, the majority of it will be water - especially if you were running Test.

If you maintain a solid diet and keep up the maintenance, then you shouldn't be losing much muscle at all.
 
You don't want to be cutting right after a cycle. You state that you eat about 100 carbs, 200 protein and ill assume around 60 fat (if more thean this you need to reconsider your macro %). this means you are eating about 1740 calories. Your base metabolic rate is about 1850 and thats not counting what you burn during exercise. I would say you are definitely gonna continue losing muscle and weight in general unless you change you diet.

Great advice bro. I will also add that you used bare basic pct so expect bar basic gains to be kept. Crappy pct=crappy amounts of gains kept. You could have done a lot better.
 
My variation of Palumbo off season diet

Protein - 1g per lb all the time
Carbs - 1g per lb (actually 0.5g to cut, 1g to maintain, 1.5 to grow)
Fat - 1/3g per lb all the time (natty peanut butter, olive/macadamia nut oil)

I'll bump up my carbs to about 150-180, I don't eat a lot of fats either, maybe 30g tops, but I've been eating this way since I stopped and I haven't lost much muscle yet, mainly water, even while I was on I didn't eat much more than this, but I did eat out every so often so that added more calories. Better safe than sorry I though, I guess.
